Mike Weaver comes to the Insurance Industry ready to serve the needs of his community. With 20 years in Automotive finance and insurance, he is uniquely equipped to help you protect what matters most. Originally from California, Mike moved to Elkhart County in 2000. There he started a family and had a dream. He has spent the years since getting to know the people and their passions. His desire to open Weaver insurance stems from his deep-seated goal to help the members of his community to realize their dreams. Having poised himself perfectly to do so, he is excited and ready to help you with all of your insurance needs.

As an Indiana native, Amber is more than an insurance professional, she is your neighbor and a part of the community just like you. She brings 12 years of customer service experience working for various employers in the Michiana area. Her 7+ years employed at the State of Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles taught her the most about customer service. Amber always knew that she wanted to chart a path helping others, and found her true calling in insurance serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Amber is excited to be turning that community focus toward insurance. As a proud member of the Erie family, Amber carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. As an insurance professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations.

Knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and intellectual leader are just a few words most often used to describe Sommer Baum. She has worked as a Consumer lender for the last 8 years at Notre Dame FCU. With almost a decade of experience in the fast-paced lending industry, Sommer has established herself as a powerhouse and an innovative advisor.

Now, as a part of Weaver Insurance, Sommer has a gift for connecting with people, and it’s certainly one that sets her apart as an insurance producer. While she loves all the details in the insurance industry, her greatest joy is serving as a guide for some of the most important decisions in people’s lives. It’s about building confidence and taking a compassionate approach, and there is perhaps no one better equipped for this role than she.

Melissa is a lifelong local with 10 years of experience in the challenging but rewarding property management industry. She was the property manager of a 700-unit community, serving thousands of our Michiana residents through all different stages of life. This experience has helped her master the art of listening to understand and this understanding helps her provide individual-centered, purposeful interactions with everyone. The people around Melissa call her family oriented, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, driven to get results and focused on helping people make their most important life decisions. Her goal is to help each person find the solution that best fits their needs, both financial and personal, by looking at the small details that make up the big picture.

When Melissa isn’t serving the community around her, she enjoys spending time with her family on their little homestead. From caring for the family chickens to baking homemade bread she puts her heart in everything she does.

Carla Morris is a dedicated wife and mother of three who has spent over a decade excelling in the field of property management. Known for her ability to thrive in highly charged environments, Carla brings a unique blend of calm and efficiency to every challenge she faces. Her passion for creating order out of chaos has not only made her a standout professional but also a beloved figure in her community. With a keen eye for detail and a love for organization, Carla has successfully managed numerous areas of property management, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Her expertise in handling complex situations with grace and precision and care for people has earned her a reputation as a reliable and resourceful manager.

Outside of her professional life, Carla enjoys spending quality time with her family. Her ability to balance a demanding career with her role as a nurturing mother and supportive wife is a testament to her unwavering dedication. Carla has a passion for all things “sparkly”. Whether it’s adding a touch of glitter to her home decor or making the perfect cookie, she loves to bring a bit of sparkle into her everyday life.
